I've configured SCOM 2007 for notifications and have proven that it works. When I disable a NIC or disconnect a network cable to simulate downtime, however, the server never notifies me that the server is down. This is the case even if I configure a notification that tells me about everything. Does ANYONE know how to do this?

My question is who is to blame my computer or MSN Spaces. Are they (Spaces) needing me to stay on their web-site longer just for rating or is it my computer that is to slow in it's uploading?Sorry for the long sentences I'm just up set.
