We have some frozen seafood -- squid, octopus, mussels plus some man-made stuff, probably an imitation crab.We like all sorts of cuisines and have such things in Thai and Garafuna dishes so feel free to be a bit daring.
anytime I make ceviche (a shrimp crab veggie dish w/ lime and chile) my husband loves to munch on it, but complains that I throw it away too soon (next morning) so how long does seafood stay good in the fridge? Am I over cautious?
