i want to extend my fm reception for my radio.
This remote area in the DR has difficulty using regular cell phone, but it does work sometimes. WIll be communicating regularly to family in Switzerland.Don't want to spend more than $200. Need multiband- all 4? Do picture phones work well too?
Today, when I was driving to work, I was following an SUV that had a rather large antenna coming out of its side, sticking straight up. Most car antennas are about a foot or two long. The only thing I could really think of is that maybe this is actually a fishing pole (but there was no rack that the pole/antenna was in)Guesses anyone?

I want to use it for my small TV. You can either tell me how to do it, or give me a link. Any tips will be appreciated.
