I can't understand the purpose of him making this statement. He talked about getting a b in economics 101 at Harvard, where he was a history major. The term supply side economics became popular during the Reagan administration, at least, 15 years later. I wonder if it was on his tests?
I'm having to write an essay on the above topic, and I'm at a loss to find any advantages with fee-paying systems, i.e. where you pay for your college or university tuition.
