Is macro gravity a residual effect of the strong force?

No.
Because macro gravity is the resultant of 'micro' gravity - say simply gravity - through which elementary particles interact to each other using their characteristic property "mass". At quantum level where micro gravity is present, there strong force can also take effect independently which is associated interaction of elementary particles using their characteristic property "spin". So, there is no question of the relationship between macro gravity & strong force.
But, yes - instead of macro gravity - nuclear force is a residual effect of the strong force that binds quarks together to form neutrons & protons.

One more point is that macro gravity can be explained as a curvature in spacetime without having any 'Quantum of Gravitational Field (messenger particles)' involved (the concept of 'Graviton' has some problem followed from Einstein; also TOE has some problem today - its not as successful as GUTs). But, in the case of strong force, there exist messenger particles (known as 'Gluons'; observed for the first time at CERN). It was the reason due to which 'Grand Unification Theories (GUTs)' got success in combining electroweak forces & strong forces. By the way, if macro gravity would the residual effect of strong force, it must also be handled by messenger particles, which is not true. Also, strong forces can't be described as a curvature of spacetime. Its limit is within the spacetime whirlpool around the elementary particles.

No. The Strong Force holds the nucleus together, and has no effects beyond that.
Only if their is a Unified Field, then they would be related , but gravity would not be an effect of it.

Could it be?
This is not necessarily correct, could the nucleus has an effect on the fabric of space.
With elements up around 114 and above it is theorized, the strong force extends beyond the perimeter of the nucleus, even though this amount is infinitesimal it must have great implications.

If there is a "unified field", then the question would be meaningless, as all forces would be related. I think it boils down to unified, or not ? Not sure, either way.

The unified field theorizes that all the "fundamental " forces of the universe, The strong, weak forces, electro-magnetism and gravity are all manifestations of another basic force. If true, it would explain much.

As to wave or particle, I think it depends less on how photons interact with matter and energy as to how we observe them.

Gravity and the Strong Force are in my opinion, waves, with wave length, amplitude and frequency, similar to any other wave in the electromagnetic spectrum.

Force is carried on a wave and becomes manifest by an exchange particle. The particle of exchange of gravity, the graviton, has yet to be observed. And there is the problem. The strong force is manifest by an exchange particle, the gluon.

If energy is defined as "potential existing in a balanced state" flat space time, due to conservation of momentum when this field of flat space time is disturbed it creates a wave within flat space.
This wave creates a vortex we observe as matter with the event horizon of the vortex leading to its attraction while the focal point of the vortex leading to its antimatter counterpart. The momentum of this system would only be affected by other quantum encounters.

This should explain why when matter and anti-matter are forced together the result is a 100% annihilation, due to their equal energy states being de-spun allowing for fast expansion of vast flat space back to equilibrium, otherwise compressed by momentum.
